Job Responsibilities:
Associate Business Development will collaborate with Business development team to identify and refine the target audience based on industry, job titles, company size, and other relevant criteria.

Upwork Platform Management:
- Create and manage Upwork profiles, ensuring they are optimized for visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries and proposals.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve profile ratings and feedback.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify potential clients and opportunities on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Draft, submit, and negotiate proposals to win new business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic Upwork engagements.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize business development efforts.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas within Upwork.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and business development tactics.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on business development progress, successes, and areas for improvement.
