We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team.
Job Responsibility
- Recruitment and Staffing: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions for technical roles including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
- Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for employees.
- Recruitment Platforms: Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Pipeline: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Performance Reviews and Development Plans: Implement performance reviews and development plans to boost productivity while supporting salary, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Workplace Environment and Employee Morale: Resolve workplace issues, foster a positive environment, and enhance morale through training and development.
- HR Analytics and Strategic Decision-Making: Leverage HR analytics to inform decisions, improve processes, and predict trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
