Responsibilities:

1. Freelancing Platform Management:

  • Manage and optimize the company's presence on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, ensuring high visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and implement bidding strategies to secure high-quality projects.

2. Profile Optimization:

  • Optimize company profiles on various freelancing platforms to highlight key services, tech stacks, and past projects.
  • Regularly update profiles to reflect new capabilities and client testimonials.

3. Client Communication:

  • Handle all client communications, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

4. Bidding and Proposal Writing:

  • Write compelling proposals that align with client needs and showcase the company’s strengths.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up process to engage with potential clients after submitting proposals.

5. Market Research:

  • Research potential clients, new markets, and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitor strategies.

6. Lead Generation:

  • Generate leads through freelancing platforms, networking, and other business development activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

7. Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and analyze the success of business development activities using relevant tools and software.
  • Report on key performance metrics and suggest improvements for future strategies.

8. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with respective teams to ensure alignment in project delivery and client expectations.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in managing freelancing platforms, specifically Upwork.
Proven track record in profile optimization, tech stack management, and client communication.
Proficient in bidding and proposal writing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the success of business development efforts.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
